2019 Membership pack
This is your membership pack. It contains information about your leader, rehearsals, our end of term show, choir socials and opportunities.
We make song resources available to all members of the term. Separate to this membership pack, you will receive by email a Dropbox link that contains recordings of your vocal parts to listen to, and lyrics you can use in your rehearsal should you choose. This means you can practice in between your sessions and get the most out of your rehearsals. You'll receive parts for each week's song before the rehearsal. Further details of how to use Dropbox will be included in the separate mail with the Dropbox link that you will receive soon after signing up for the term.
You'll also receive regular newsletters updating you on choir activities, changes and new opportunities, as well as the chance for you to 'shout about' something important to you.
If you have a question, hop on the FACEBOOK PAGE for a SV community chat, or drop us an email (details below).
This membership pack is your one stop shop to answer any questions you may have throughout the term. Should you not be able to find the information you are looking for you can ask your leaders in rehearsals, your fellow Some Voices members on our social page, and of course you can always send an email through to our admin team.
Keep checking back here for extra info as we will update this membership page throughout the term with more details on everything you need to know
SMALL BUT MIGHTY - YOUR SV TEAM
BEX runs multiple choirs across London (with Some Voices being her favourite!), as well as vocal workshops specialising in outreach, education and community projects. Rebecca has been a member of the Some Voices team since January 2016 and has loved every moment. She truly enjoys and appreciates the excitement of multiple voices singing together, and says Some Voices rehearsals are “genuine highlights” of her week!
Well done on yet another incredible performance at the end of a hugely enjoyable term. Your hard work, energy and determination paid off yet again - thank-you for much for all your hard work. I love what we create together each term and look forward to seeing you for the next one! Lots of love - Bex
LAURA started Some Voices in 2010, and since CURTIS joined in 2014 they have grown Some Voices into the 800+-strong choir it is today. Together they run Some Voices, write, record & arrange the music you'll be singing, and organise our mega end of term shows!
We want to say a HUGE well done to everyone that put in so many hours making ‘Unplugged’ as magical as it was. Congratulations!
The summer show maybe over, but the good news is there’s lots to look forward to next term!
